Refund Policy

We want you to buy One Offer Forward because you're confident it's right for you — not because you feel stuck with it afterwards. Here's exactly how refunds work.

1. Our promise

If One Offer Forward isn't right for you, email hello@oneofferforward.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, and regardless of how many generations you've used.

This is more generous than we're legally required to be for instant-access digital content (see below) — we'd simply rather you felt genuinely comfortable buying than trapped by small print.

2. How to request a refund

• Email hello@oneofferforward.com from the same email address you used to purchase.
• Let us know you'd like a refund — you don't need to give a reason, though we're always glad to hear feedback if you want to share it.
• We aim to process refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.

3. The same policy covers the Fast Launch Page Kit

If you added the Fast Launch Page Kit at checkout, it's covered by the same 14-day, no-questions-asked policy — whether you refund it alongside One Offer Forward or on its own.

4. Credit top-ups

If you've purchased an additional credit top-up, the same 14-day window applies from the date of that specific purchase.

5. Your statutory rights

For consumers in the UK and EU: because our Products are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase, the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is normally lost once you begin using the Product, provided you've expressly consented to instant delivery. Our policy above is offered voluntarily, on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them — it does not remove any protection you're entitled to under UK, EU, or US consumer law.
