This Privacy Policy explains what personal data One Offer Forward collects, why, and what rights you have over it. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than pure legalese.
1. Who we are
One Offer Forward is operated by Ryan, based in the United Kingdom, contactable at hello@oneofferforward.com. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the "data controller" of the personal data described below.
2. What data we collect
- Purchase and contact data: your name, email address, and payment confirmation details, collected via our checkout provider (Systeme.io) when you buy a Product.
- Product usage data: the inputs you enter into the tool, the outputs it generates for you, and how many generations/credits you've used, so we can run the credit system and give you access to your own past results.
- Technical data: standard website analytics data (such as pages visited and general location/device information), if and when we use analytics tools.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver the Product you purchased and manage your access/credits.
- To send you purchase confirmations, access links, and — if you don't opt out — occasional emails about One Offer Forward.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse (such as shared or fraudulent access tokens).
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run One Offer Forward. Your data may pass through:
- Systeme.io — checkout, payment processing, and email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting for the tool itself and its serverless functions.
- Upstash — storage of your access token and credit balance, so the tool knows what you're entitled to.
- Anthropic — the AI provider used to generate your offer content when you use the tool.
- GitHub Pages — hosting for this sales website.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. International data transfers
Some of the providers above (including Vercel and Anthropic) are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where your data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (typically at least 6 years, in line with UK requirements). Product usage data tied to your access token is generally kept for as long as your access remains valid, plus a reasonable period afterward.
7. Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. we may need to keep purchase records for tax purposes).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've mishandled your data.
If you're in the United States, you may have similar rights depending on your state's privacy law. Contact us and we'll do our best to help either way.
8. Children
One Offer Forward is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally, for example if we change service providers. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do.
